The warranty period for the device extends for 12 months since the date of purchasing.

If, after inspection, you determine that any item purchased from 2AVCom is not what you expected, you may return it for a full refund providing:

1. The item is in new condition.
2. The item is in its original package, which must also be in new condition.
3. All parts, accessories, warranty cards, instructions, etc. are enclosed.
4. The item was not purchased more than 30 days before.

If you are concerned that your product is defect, please contact our service first. In most cases, wrong handling causes the device to seem faulty. When returning a defective product, please include a detailed description of the defect. Defective products will be repaired or replaced. If the product is found to be working perfectly, it will be returned to you.

You will then be charged with the return shipping cost.

Shipping instructions for returning products

Be sure the product being returned is carefully packaged with crumpled paper or foam for protection. We cannot assume and liability for returned products arriving damaged due to inappropriate packing. Insurance is highly recommended. the return charges must be prepaid by the customer.

Pre-authorization for returns is not required but the returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Please put the invoice into an envelope and fix this envelope on the packet outside. The invoice must be accessibly without opening the packet for tax reasons.

Refund Policy

If the product was originally paid by credit card, the full unit price will be refunded to the customer's credit card PayPal payments will be refunded onto the PayPal account. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
